| 摘 要： | 优化的经济结构是加快经济发展的激石，而科学、合理、优化、有效的税制结构是经济结构实现战略调整和重组的条件之一。优化的税制结构应改革目前诸多不合理的税制，建立与经济结构优化一致的税制结构。
