摘    要:基于激光切割理论,依靠大量实验完成了对激光切割工艺参数的优化,对影响激光切割表面品质的主要因素,如工作气体、激光功率、辅助气体、焦点位置及切割速度进行分析对比,以切口的宽度和表面粗糙度作为衡量的指标,总结出实验材料的最优工艺参数。

Abstract:This paper completes the optimization of the laser cutting process parameters relying on a large number of experiments.The main factors of the impact of laser cutting surface quality,such as working gas,laser power,the auxiliary gas,the focus position and cutting speed have been analyzed and compared.Finally,this paper summed up the optimal process parameters of the experimental material by taking incision width and surface roughness as measured by the indicators.
