| 摘 要： | 目的探讨塌陷性跟骨骨折的治疗方法。方法运用切开复位克氏针内固定术治疗塌陷性跟骨骨折43例，并观察其疗效。结果该方法治疗塌陷性跟骨骨折可取得满意的骨折复位及临床疗效，疗效与复位的质量密切相关，且选用克氏针内固定对局部创伤小，同时植入异体骨填充骨缺损区，可促进骨折愈合。结论塌陷性跟骨骨折必需进行运用切开复位克氏针内固定术，复位的关键是使跟距关节复位并固定之。

| Abstract: | Objective to explore the treatment menthods of calcaneous crush fracture. Methods 43 patients were treated open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation. All cases were followed. Results The treatment make satifacted reduction and effection.The effection has closed related to the quality of redution. Moreover,Kirschner wire fixation has less hurt to the tissue.And xenograff of bone increase fracture healing. Conclusions Calcaneous crush fracture should be treated open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation.The key of treatment is reduce the talocalcaneal joint and fix it. |
