摘    要:海上或沿海变电站气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)长期在高温高湿的海洋环境下,其外壳多采用铝合金及防腐涂层,它们的耐腐蚀性可满足陆上输变电的要求,这些材料及涂层是否满足海洋大气环境的耐腐蚀要求需要进行研究。利用盐雾试验箱对GIS铝合金封板进行耐盐雾腐蚀性能的检测,并最终做出评价。

Abstract:Due to the long-term exposure to the oceanic atmosphere with high temperature and humidity,the Gas insulated switchgears(GIS) in marine or coastal substations require aluminum alloy and anticorrosion coating to be applied to their surface.Although their corrosion resistance is reliable to power transmission on the land,it needs further research to determine whether it can stand the oceanic environment.In this paper,the anticorrosion properties of GIS aluminum alloy sealing plate are measured by the salt spray test,and thereby their corrosion resistance to oceanic atmosphere is evaluated.
