钙磷陶瓷涂层种植体—骨界面的成骨反应的定量实验研究

摘    要:本文以恒河猴为实验对象,用未涂层纯钛种植体作为对照,用~(45)Ca示踪测定法及定量组织学方法研究两种生物玻璃陶瓷(MA_3)涂层种植体植入股骨后,种植体周围的骨盐沉积及新骨生长情况。结果表明:两种生物陶瓷涂层种植体的周围骨组织的钙盐沉积活跃期较未涂层者早,M-涂层种植体植入后1个月,其种植区的钙盐沉积程度就达到较高的水平。另外,在界面骨生长量方面,M-涂层植体的界面骨生长量在种植3个月内迅速增加,虽然A_4-涂层种植体的界面骨生长量在种植后3个月内高于未涂层者,但两者均通过3个月以后的继续增加,才接近于M-涂层种植体。

Abstract:The bone minerlization activity and bone formation amount for BGC (M ardA4)-coated titanium and uncoated titanium implants were investigated using 45Ca incorporation and quantitative histologic analysis. The implants were placed transcortically in the femora of adult monkeys and evaluated after one, three, six, and nine months. The bone minerlization activity and bone formation amount increased with time in situ for both the uncoated and BGC-coated implants. Ca incorporation revealed that the interface bone minerlization activity for the two kids of coated implants was higher than that for the uncoted implant during the initial period after implantation. The quantitantive histologic analysis showed that the interface bone formation amount for M-coated implants increased mainly during three-month period after implantation. The interface bone formation amount for A4-coated implant was higher than that for uncoated implant during three-month period after implantation, but appreached the initial period level for M-coated implants through the continuous rise after three months of implantation.
