百仕达大厦超高层建筑综合施工技术

摘    要:百仕达大厦工程,其主体结构为劲性钢筋混凝土组合结构、核心筒结构体系,施工技术复杂。通过对劲性钢筋混凝土组合结构施工、新旧建筑交接处的施工、高强高性能混凝土的施工、弧形建筑的施工测量、避难层伸臂桁架梁的施工等关键技术的应用,为加快工程进度,提高工程质量创造了条件。

Abstract:Baishida Building engineering. Its main structure system is made of steel pipe concrete column, stiffening beam and core tube, which require complex construction technique. The applications of key techniques, such as construction of profile steel concrete composite structure, construction at joint between new and old buildings, construction of high-strength concrete, construction survey of arch building and construction of cantilever girder truss on the refuge floor, etc., provide conditions for accelerating the construction schedule and improving the engineering quality.
