| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨BiPAP呼吸机面罩式双水平气道正压通气治疗急性心功能衰竭的疗效。方法：对38例急性心功能衰竭患者常规抗心力衰竭治疗的同时加用BiPAP呼吸机面罩式双水平气道正压通气支持治疗；进行呼吸频率、心率、动脉血气分析及临床症状体征等监测，并进行相关分析。结果：38例患者与对照组比较临床症状明显改善，PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2显著增高（P〈0．01）。结论：在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上，短期应用BiPAP正压呼吸机通气治疗，能迅速改善心功能，且不良反应少，是抢救急性心功能衰竭的一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the efficiency of mask BiPAP respirator positive airway pressure support in managing acute cardiac failure . Method： 38 patients with acute cardiac failure were treated with BiPAP respirator in addition to conventional treatment, The changes of clinical symptoms, respiratory frequency, heart rate （HR）, arterial blood gas（PaO2 ,PaCO2 ,SaO2 ） were detected to evaluate the efficiency of BiPAP respirator. Resuit：After using BiPAP respirator, the clinical symptoms of 38 patients had been improved significantly. All the clinical parameters showed a statistical difference compared with the Contrast group （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion.. BiPAP respirator can improve symptoms and correct hypoxemia in patients with the acute cardiac failure. It is a safe and effective method for treating patients with the acute cardiac failure. |
