中西医结合治疗不同证候群癌性疼痛临床疗效观察

目的:探析中西医结合治疗不同证候群癌性疼痛临床疗效。方法:采用自身前后对照方法,观察62例应用大剂量磷酸可待因片患者配合应用柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤前后,视觉模拟疼痛评分值VAS,平均镇痛维持时间与剂量稳定天数,生活质量改善情况。结果:VAS疼痛评分各证候组显著降低(P<0.01);平均镇痛维持时间及剂量稳定天数肝肾系证候群组短于肺系及脾胃系证候组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,肺系证候群组镇痛维持时间显著提升(P<0.01),脾胃系证候群组镇痛维持时间有所提升(P<0.05)。结论:应用中西医结合治疗后三证候群组疼痛均改善,肺系及脾胃系证候群组镇痛疗效较好;平均镇痛维持时间及剂量稳定天数肺系优于肝肾系及脾胃系证候群组。各证候群组治疗后生活质量明显改善。

Clinical Observation on Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Cancer Pain with Different Syndromes

Objective： To analyzed the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treating cancer pains with different syndromes. Methods： Use self-control method was applied. 62 cases treated with large doses of codeine phosphate tablets patients were conducted before and after the application of Chaihu jia Longgu Muli Decoction. Results： VAS pain score was decreased significantly after treatment for each syndrome group（ P〈 0. 01）. The hepatorenal syndrome group lines analgesic duration and the average number of days were shorter than those of the lung and stomach syndrome groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,the analgesia duration of lung syndrome group was significantly improved（ P 〈 0. 01）. The analgesia duration of stomach syndrome group was improved（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy has obtained good effect when treating three syndromes of cancer pain. Lung and spleen syndrome groups have good analgesic efficacy. The average duration and dose of analgesic effect can be more stable for a few days than liver and kidney syndrome groups and stomach syndrome group. The quality of life in each group can be significantly improved.
