摘    要:根据新一代天气雷达的技术特点,对当前新一代天气雷达存在的速度模糊及距离模糊问题进行了分析,阐述了速度模糊及距离模糊产生的原因,在此基础上介绍了批处理法、双脉冲重复频率法、随机相位编码法退速度模糊和距离模糊的方法,在比较了三个新一代天气雷达厂家退距离和速度模糊方法的技术特点及存在的问题后,提出了采用交错发射双脉冲重复频率解决速度模糊和减少测速误差及采用SZ相位编码法减少速度模糊的技术方法,并指出今后需要完善的地方。

Abstract:According to the technique characters of CINRAD, the ambiguity questions on velocity and range were analyzed as well as their reasons were illustrated. Being based on these, the item introduces batch processing, repeat frequency of double pulse method, and random sequence of phase encoding method of correcting velocity and range ambiguity. After comparing the technique characters and existing problems of three methods of correcting velocity and range ambiguity from CINRAD factories, the article presents technique methods that use crisscross launching repeat frequency of double pulse to solved velocity ambiguity for reducing velocity measure errors and use SZ phase encoding method to decrease velocity ambiguity. And it puts forwards the need for future improvement.
