摘    要:针对鞍山某公司交流电弧炉在运行中对电力系统电能质量的影响,提出了一套新型的TCR+FC型静止无功补偿装置(SVC)技术方案.根据对称分量法和瞬时无功功率理论推导出了基于瞬时有功、无功电流的SVC补偿导纳实用算法.最后利用仿真软件CHP对该系统进行了仿真,结果表明该SVC装置能够对电弧炉引起的电能质量问题进行有效治理,且补偿性能良好.
