摘    要:为改善1Cr12Ni3MoVN合金耐磨性能,采用Nd:YAG激光在该合金表面进行了激光熔覆试验。分析了熔覆层微观组织,测试了显微硬度及在大气环境下的干滑动摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:熔覆层和基体实现了良好的冶金结合,熔覆层组织主要为板条马氏体和残余奥氏体,且较基体得到明显的细化;硬度值由熔覆层(平均452 Hv)到基体区(290 Hv左右)逐渐减小,硬度峰值出现在熔合线附近,达487 Hv。熔覆层的耐磨性能得到明显改善,其磨损失重量约为基体的67%。

Microstructure and Wear-resisting Property of Laser Cladding on 1Crl2Ni3MoVN Alloy

Abstract:To improve the wear-resistance of 1Crl2Ni3MoVN alloy, cladding layer on 1Crl2Ni3MoVN substrate was prepared with pulsed Nd: YAG. The microstructure and micro-hardness of laser cladding layer were investigated. The properties of dry sliding friction and wear in the air were tested. It was found that the cladding layer was well combined with the substrate, and the microstructure of cladding layer is composed by martensite and residual austenite. The grains of cladding layer were much finer. Micro-hard- ness values decreased from cladding layer (452HV) to substrate zone (about 290HV ), the maximum (487 HV) value happened in the HAZ close to the melting line. The wear resistance of cladding layer was improved obviously than that of 1Cr12Ni3MoVN alloy substrate and the wearing capacity was 67% of the substrate.
