| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT引导下冷循环微波刀治疗转移性肝癌的安全性及有效性。方法选择236例转移性肝癌患者接受冷循环微波刀治疗,观察手术前后临床症状、肿瘤标记物及肝功能的变化,通过CT比较转移性肝癌大小及血流情况。以及术后1、2、3年生存率。结果肝功能于术后1周呈现一过性异常,1个月内获得改善。术前肿瘤直径为38.5±10.1mm,术后1个月减为27.6±7.6mmP〈0.05;术后1,2,3年生存率分别为：72.1%,43.8%,20.0%。全组无严重并发症及手术死亡发生。结论冷循环微波刀治疗安全有效,操作简单,并发症少,符合微创治疗的理念,是手术不可切除转移性肝癌的理想治疗手段。
