舒适护理模式在肝胆外科患者术后疼痛中的应用效果

目的 探讨舒适护理模式在肝胆外科患者术后疼痛中的应用效果。 方法 将82例肝胆外科手术患者随机分为对照组和实验组各41例,对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者在对照组基础上实施舒适护理模式,比较干预后2组患者疼痛程度、舒适度以及对护理工作的满意度。 结果 实验组疼痛程度明显轻于对照组(Z=-3.175,P=0.001);舒适度高于对照组;对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(t=7.249,P<0.001)。 结论 舒适护理可显著减轻肝胆外科患者术后疼痛症状,提高术后患者舒适度和对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。

The application of comfort care mode in relieving postoperative pain for patients after hepatobiliary surgery

Objective To explore the effect of relieving postoperative pain for patients undergoing the hepatobiliary surgery according to the comfort care mode. Methods Totally 82 patients undergoing the hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, each of 41. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the experimental group was additionally provided with comfort care mode. Then the pain level, comfort level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the pain level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (Z=-3.175, P=0.001), while the comfort level and the nursing satisfaction of the former group were significantly higher than the latter. Conclusion The comfort care mode can significantly relieve pain, and improve the comfort level and nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
