摘    要:液力驱动抽油系统采用高压动力液驱动井下液动机,动力液一般采用水,液动机带动井下抽油泵往复运动采油,抽油泵与常规杆式抽油泵相同,液力驱动抽油系统没有抽油杆,避免了杆管偏磨问题。分析了一种液力驱动抽油泵采油装置井下部分的结构和工作原理以及液动机和抽油泵的受力情况,利用受力平衡原理,给出了液动机上行和下行时的动力液压力计算公式,得到了抽油泵上、下冲程时地面动力液的工作压力范围。

Abstract:The hydrodynamic pumping system is an oil extraction system and the subsurface hydraulic motor is driven by high-pressure power fluid, which propels the pump in the well to move vertically to extract oil. The power fluid is the water and the pump is the conventional sucker rod pump without rod, thus avoiding wearing problem. This article introduces the structural characteristic of the down hole component in the hydrodynamic pumping system and gives the mechanical analysis of the pump which is driven by the power fluid, and proposes the pressure calculation of the piston which the power fluid provides at the up-stroke and the down-stroke, then determines the pressure of the operation pressure of the power fluid on the ground surface.
