| Abstract: | The site management of general contract in flour mills is a complex system project,which mainly includes the preparation before construction,equipment installation,electrical installation,electrical commissioning,equipment no-load commissioning,material commissioning,project acceptance and turnkey,etc.,which requires the joint participation and cooperation of all professional persons.The level of site management is directly related to the quality of the whole project. |
