摘    要:观测从引种的互叶白千层树(Melalenca altermifoliu L.)所提取的正、负两种旋光精油对六种细菌和真菌的抗菌作用表明:在精油各组分含量差异不大的情况下,其主要组分松油烯-4-醇(Terpinenol-4)的正旋光(右旋)精油比负旋光(左旋)精油对多种细菌和真菌的抑抗作用要大。未发现精油中其它次主要组分之间的含量差异和相互配合作用对抗菌效果的增减有影响。

Abstract:By studying the antibacterial & antifungal effects of essential oils from introduced Melalenca Altemifolial L. with dextrorotary and levorotary optical rotation values on 6 kinds of bacteria & fungi,it was showed,when the amounts of each constituents were similar,the suppression of antibacterial & antigungal effects of their main components terpinenol-4 with dextrorotary values were much more stronger than that of with levorotary values.
