摘    要:轮胎气压是轿车的重要参数之一。在轮胎气压不足的状况下行使,不但导致轮胎过热和失灵,而且影响轿车的操纵,降低轮胎的寿命和燃油效率。因此在轿车上需要安装胎压监测系统,以便在一个或者多个轮胎出现气压不足时点亮低气压告警灯。文中设计了一种基于无线传感器和CAN总线的自动识别的轿车胎压监测系统,包括总体方案、硬件设计、控制策略和通信协议。实验室台架试验和实况路面车载测试表明:该系统总线通信无误帧,无线信号传输可靠,轮胎位置识别准确。

Abstract:Tire pressure is one of the most important parameters in the car.Driving on a significantly under-inflated tire not only causes the tire to overheat and can lead to tire failure,but also reduces fuel efficiency and tire tread life,and may affect the vehicle's handling.It is necessary to equip your car with a tire pressure monitoring system that illuminates a low tire pressure telltale when one or more of your tires is significantly under-inflated.A self-identifying car tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS)was designed.Based on wireless sensor and control area network(CAN) bus,the overall control scheme,its hardware design,software control strategyand communication protocol were presented.The bench test of the TPMS in the lab and the road test of the TPMS on vehicles prove that the CAN bus communication is stable,the wireless communication is reliable,and the tire position self-identifying is correct.
