固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2/La3+催化合成丙酸异戊酯

摘    要:制备固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2/La3 催化合成了丙酸异戊酯,酯化率可达95.7%,且催化剂可重复使用。适宜的反应条件为:正丙酸0.2 mol,反应时间2 h,催化剂用量0.8 g,醇酸摩尔比1.6,带水剂甲苯用量12 mL。

Abstract:Solid super acid SO4/TiO2/La3 was prepared and used for the catalytic synthesis of isoamyl propionate.The yield of isoamyl propionate reaches 95.7% under the proper conditions.It was shown that the proper conditions were as follows: the reacting time was 2 h,the molar ratio of isoamylol to propionic acid =1.6,the weight of the catalyst was 0.8 g(when propionic was 0.2 mol),the amount of the dewatering reagent toluene was 12 mL.
