孕期宣教对母乳喂养的影响

目的:通过孕期、产后宣教,提高母乳喂养的成功率。方法:新生儿出生后30min内实行母婴皮肤接触,早吸吮乳房30min以上,24h母婴同室。按需哺乳,指导母亲喂养的正确姿势,宣教喂养的好处。结果:通过皮肤接触,早吸吮产妇有足够的乳汁喂养婴儿,减少婴儿哭闹,睡眠时间长,食欲增加,促进排泄,缩短生理性黄疸维持时间,降低生理性体重的下降。结论:通过母乳喂养,增加母婴感情,有利于婴儿的生长发育,降低产妇子宫肌瘤、卵巢癌、乳腺癌的发病率。
