SiC粉体制备技术的研究进展

摘    要:作为一种新型的精细陶瓷,SiC材料以其优异的物理化学性能而日益受到重视,其中SiC粉体的制备方法及性能是影响SiC陶瓷材料性能的主要因素.综述了SiC粉体的制备方法及其最近研究进展,详细介绍了碳热还原法、机械粉碎法、溶胶-凝胶法、热分解法、自蔓延高温合成法和气相反应法,并对其优缺点进行了评述,展望了其将来的发展前景.

Abstract:As a kind of new fine ceramic, SiC is getting more and more attention because of its excellent physical and chemical properties. The preparation methods and properties of the SiC powders have strong influences on the properties of the ceramic material. In this paper, the development of different preparation methods of SiC powders, including carbothermal reduction method, mechanical grinding technique, sol-gel process, thermal decomposition method, SHS method and vapor reaction method, are reported. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are estimated. Further development in the future is also suggested.
