吉林省四平市2013年妇幼保健机构资源配置与运营分析报告

目的对四平市各级妇幼保健机构监测数据进行收集、整理、审核、分析,掌握各级妇幼保健机构发展现状,为卫生行政部门制定妇幼保健工作政策提供可靠信息。方法采用计算机网络直报系统,完成机构监测数据的网络填报,实现信息网络实时直报。并通过软件系统的功能设置实现数据的逐级审核上报。结果四平市2013度机构监测共覆盖6个县（市）区,掌握6家妇幼保健机构的基本情况、人力资源、资产、设备、运营、群体保健服务等。总体上报率达100%。结论四平市2013年度妇幼保健机构监测数据显示,6家妇幼保健机构总体发展状况良好,资源与运营情况都有不同程度的增长,不同保健机构发展存在差异。

Analysis of the resource allocation and operation of maternal and child health institute of Siping city in 2013

Objective To collect,collation,review,analysis the data of resource allocation and operation of maternal and child health institutions at all levels in Siping city,and monitor the development status of maternal and child health institutions at all levels.To provide reliable information for the health administrative departments to formulate the maternal and child health work policy.Methods Using the computer network reporting system to complete the real-time straight of the agency monitoring data,to achieve real-time information network direct reporting. And the data were progressively audit by the function of software system. Results The monitoring system coverage 6 districts of Siping City in 2013,which grasp the basic situation of seven maternal and child health institutions,human resources,assets,equipment,operations,communities and health services data. The overall reported rate reached100%. Conclusion The annual monitoring data of maternal and child health institute of Siping City in 2013 show that 6 institutes developed well generally,the resources and operations were varying degrees of growth and there existed differences in the development of different institutions.
