| 摘 要： | 对于教育管理学的研究对象的反思可以推动一个教育管理学学科的发展。教育管理学在学科性质上属于教育学的一个下属学科。研究对象并不是一个本体论意义上的概念，而是一个认识论的概念。研究对象是理论与现实相互作用的结果，它是生成的、被建构的。因而，教育管理的研究对象不一定全是教育管理现象。教育管理学的研究对象应为教育管理现象、议题与问题。
