| 摘 要： | 提出了一种利用气体压缩实现.机械压力机制动的一种新的制动方法,该制动方式不仅在机械压力机滑块上行的时候起制动作用,而且还可以在滑块下行的时候起平衡作用.设计出了双层制动平衡缸,分析了在滑块一个工作周期中制动平衡气缸的进排气顺序.搭建起了制动器的计算机控制系统,并且编制出了相应的控制软件.找出了控制制动系统的8个主要控制参数,经过在JH-23机械压力机上反复试验得到了控制滑块停止在上死点的最佳参数,从而证明了此种制动方式的可行性.
