摘    要:针对海洋隔水管的力学性能和外观技术指标,设计了海洋隔水管JCOE制管工艺流程,开发出了X80钢级Φ533.4 mm×15.9 mm海洋隔水管用直缝埋弧焊管,并对海洋隔水管进行了检测。检测结果显示,研制的X80钢级Φ533.4 mm×15.9 mm深海隔水管力学性能指标和外观几何尺寸满足标准和客户的要求。分析表明,设计的工艺流程合理,并已掌握了深海隔水管的关键制造技术,已具备海洋隔水管用直缝埋弧焊管产品批量化生产能力。

Abstract:According to the mechanical properties and appearance technical indexes of the marine riser, the JCOE pipe-making process of the marine riser was designed, and the X80 grade Φ533.4 mm×15.9 mm marine riser with straight seam submerged arc welded pipe was developed and the performance of marine riser was tested. The test results show that the mechanical properties and appearance geometry size of the X80 grade Φ533.4 mm×15.9 mm deep-sea riser have been developed to meet the requirements of the standard and customers. The analysis shows that the design process is reasonable, and the key manufacturing technology of the deep-sea riser has been mastered. The batch production capacity of the straight seam submerged arc welded pipe for marine riser has been obtained.
