不同针灸方法逆转环磷酰胺致大鼠胃黏膜损害的实验研究

目的 运用不同针灸方法干预环磷酰胺胃损害大鼠,比较不同针灸方法对环磷酰胺胃损害大鼠胃黏膜保护的不同效应,为临床研究提供实验依据.方法 随机将80只SD大鼠分为5组,每组16只.采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺方法造化学治疗后胃黏膜损伤模型,分别以针灸、艾灸、温针灸干预,比较干预后表皮生长因子、各组大鼠胃肠黏膜形态学变化.结果 温针灸组与模型组比较表皮生长因子含量升高(P<0.05),胃黏膜损伤指数明显下降(P<0.01),胃黏膜厚度增加(P<0.01).结论 温针灸可提高表皮生长因子内源性表达,逆转环磷酰胺致大鼠胃黏膜损害.

Experimental study on the different acupuncture methods reversing cyclophosphamide induced gastric mucosal injury in rat

Objective To compare the protective effect of different acupuncture methods on gastric mucosal injury by cyclophosphamide in rat,to provide the experimental basis for clinical studies.Methods Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 group.Gastric mucosal injury rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclopho-sphamide.Acupuncture,moxa and warm needle were used to intervent,respectively.Then comparing the level of epidermal growth factor(EGF) and the gastrointestinal mucosal morphological changes among 5 groups.Results The level of EGF and the thickness of gastric mucosal of warm needle group was significantly higher than the model group.The mucosal injury index was decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Warm needle can improve the expression of EGF,and reversal of gastric mucosal ingury by cyclophosphamide in rats.
