河南省农民卫生服务需求与利用的影响因素分析

目的:分析影响河南省农村家庭卫生服务需求与利用的影响因素。方法:在2003年国家卫生部组织的两次卫生服务调查的基础上,对河南省农村居民的卫生服务需求与利用进行全面的分析,根据经济有效的原则,依照国家卫生服务总调查的设计方法,对该地区农民采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,样本由经过培训的调查人员通过家庭健康询问所得。采用spss12.0对资料进行了统计分析。结果:影响河南省农村家庭卫生服务需求与利用的影响因素有:性别,年龄,文化程度。结论:河南省农村地区的卫生服务需求与利用不足,亟需提高农民的有效需求和医疗保健意识。提高农村居民的文化水平,调整初级医疗保健模式,增加医疗保健经费的投入。

The analysis of the affecting factors of health service needs and utilization of Henan provincial farmer

Objective: To analyze the affecting factors of the rural residents'needs and utilization of health service in the rural area of Henan Province. Methods: On the foundation of the data from national investigation of health service among HeNan Province in 2003. On the rule of economic and effect. The rural residents of this area were surveyed by stratified_cluster random sampling. The sampling was gained by well_strained investigators though questioning.Results: The affecting factors of the rural residents'needs and utilization of health service in Henan Province include age, gender, and culture background. The results show that the two-week prevalence rate and chronic disea seprevalence rate is indifference, two-week consulting rates and hospital admissions rate is difference.Conclusion: In summary, the demand and utilization on health services is insufficiency in the rural area of Henan Province, and it is urgent to improve the farmer's effective demand and health care cognition. The culture level of the rural residents should be raised. Adjust the working mode of the primary healthcare, and increase the fund devotion for health care.
