| 摘 要： | 加快建设社会主义新农村，培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民，全面提高农业综合生产能力，既是现代农业建设题中应有之义，也是建设现代农业的重要基础和保障。本文通过经济学视角对农村人力资本展开分析，全面论证了农村人力资本开发是建设社会主义新农村的路径选择。

| Abstract: | Accelerating the construction of the new socialist countryside, cultivating farmers who have knowledge and know technology are capable of operation, and improving agricultural comprehensive productivity are not only the content of the construction of modern agriculture but also the important base and guarantee to construct modern agriculture. This paper analyzes human capital in the countryside from the angle of economics and demonstrates that the development of human capital in the countryside is the choice of the construction of the new socialist countryside. |
