电弧炉冶炼含铝钢的技术探讨

摘    要:探讨了电弧炉冶炼有全铝要求的管线管用钢的全铝含量控制以及由此带来的连铸水口堵塞问题。通过摸索各工序铝含量的变化规律,确定了精炼炉终点铝含量的控制范围,制定了相应的工艺控制措施,现场实施后使产品分析的全铝含量得到了有效控制,并较好地解决了连铸水口结瘤的问题。

Abstract:Discussed here in the article is the technique of EAF-mehing of holo-Al-containing steel for linepipe purpose, focusing on control of the holo-Al content and the problem of nozzle block of the CC machine as resulting therefrom. The laws of Al content changes in different operation stages of the melting process are identified by trials, and thus the control range of the final Al content in molten steel at the LF refining stage is determined. Accordingly, relevant process control actions are worked out and implemented, resulting in effective control of the holo-Al content in the product, and solution of the problem of steel built-up-caused nozzle block of the CC machine as well.
