| 摘 要： | 现代大面积电子学主要涵盖大面积显示、太阳能电池和图像传感器等。对大面积电子学从产品、材料、工艺和设计的角度,进行了系统考察;分析了大面积电子学的特征、现状和发展趋势,并主要对有源矩阵液晶显示器(AMLCD)和太阳能电池存在的问题和改进措施作了较为详细的探讨。

| Abstract: | Modern large area electronics(LAE)mainly includes large area displays,solar cells,image sensors etc. The large area electronics were systematically reviewed from the view points of product,material,technique and design;The characteristics,current status and prospect of large area electronics were analyzed and some problems existing in AMLCD and solar cell as well as improvement approaches were discussed. |
