喜树果、叶及树枝的挥发性成分GC-MS分析

摘    要: 目的对喜树不同部位的挥发性成分进行对比研究。方法利用水蒸汽蒸馏提取喜树挥发性成分,用GC/MS进行分离测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果喜树果中分离出63个成分,鉴定出41个化学成分,占挥发油总量的65.08%;喜树枝中分离出81个成分,鉴定出45个化学成分,占挥发油总量的55.56%;喜树叶中分离出50个成分,鉴定出39个化学成分,占挥发油总量的78%;喜树果、叶及树枝挥发性成分中,含有14种相同成分。结论喜树的不同部位其挥发油化合物组成和含量也不尽相同,为喜树的综合利用提供参考数据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Camptotheca acuminata Decaisne.METHOD The chemical compositions of the volatile oil of the plant which were obtained by distillation and were analyzed by GC-MS.The constituents were identified by their mass spectra.The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas.RESULTS Sixty-three kinds of chemical constituents in seed of the plant were separated,of which forty-one compounds representing 65.08% of the oil were characterized.Eighty-one kinds of chemical constituents in the branch of the plant were separated,of which forty-five compounds representing 55.56% of the oil were characterized.Fifty kinds of chemical constituents in leaf of the plant were separated,of which thirty-nine compounds representing 78% of the oil were characterized.There were the same of fourteen components in the three oils.CONCLUSION the composition of volatile oil from different part of the plant,were also different.It is helpful to provide reference data for Camptotheca acuminata's comprehensive utilization.
