甲状腺术后并发甲状腺危象的危险因素分析

目的：探讨除不恰当术前准备以外的易发甲状腺术后甲状腺危象的危险因素。方法：回顾性分析本院近5年收治的725例甲状腺手术患者的资料,预先设计统一的表格,收集可能的危险因素,进行影响因素分析。结果：725例甲状腺疾病患者术后共并发甲状腺危象11例,并发率为1.5%。单因素、多因素分析均显示年龄、疾病构成、合并心脏病或合并糖尿病是甲状腺术后好发甲状腺危象的独立危险因素。结论：高龄、原发病为甲状腺功能亢进症、合并心脏病或合并糖尿病是甲状腺术后除不恰当术前准备以外的易发甲状腺危象的危险因素,含有以上危险因素的患者,临床应多给予重视。

Postoperative thyroid storm thyroid risk factors

Objective： In addition to improper operation of preparation of thyroid-prone than the risk factors of postoperative thyroid crisis.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 5 years in our hospital 725 cases of thyroid surgery information,predesigned form a unified collection of possible risk factors,further influencing factors.Results：725 cases of thyroid disease and thyroid crisis after a total of 11 cases,complications rate was 1.5%.Single factor and multi factors indicate age,disease, structure,complicated by heart disease and diabetes was a good hair thyroid crisis after an independent risk factor. Conclusion：The age,primary disease,hyperthyroidism,heart disease and diabetes combined thyroid surgery is not appropriate preoperative preparation than non-prone risk factors for thyroid storm.Patients with these risk factors,clinical should give more attention.
