| 摘 要： | 介绍一种全自动化学荧光免疫定量检测仪的系统设计方法。选用光电倍增管作为感光器件，以TMS320F2407微处理器为主构成系统的智能控制器，配合运动控制系统、温度控制系统、试剂加注系统和信号处理系统实现高灵敏度荧光检测定量分析。

| Abstract: | One chemiluminescent fluorescence immunoassay quantified detecting system is introduced.It applies phitomultiplier tube as the main component to detect faint light.The central element of intelligent controller is TMS320f2407.The controller includes digital signal process circuit,motion control system,temperature control system,reagent injection system.The system of detector can realize the high sensitive detection of chemiluminescent fluorescence. |
