| 摘 要： | 为了解决转炉活动烟罩冷却循环水结垢并腐蚀管壁的问题 ,济钢第一炼钢厂安装了电场水处理器对烟罩水进行处理。使用证明 ,电场水处理器能有效阻垢、降垢、降腐蚀 ,可延长设备使用寿命 ,具有可靠性强、节水降耗、运行费用低的优点。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of scale formation of cooling circulating water in converter's movable pettcoat pipe and the corrosion of tube wall, the electric field water treatment equipment is installed to deal with the water in pettcoat pipe at the No 1 steel-making plant of Jigang. It has proved that the electric field water treatment equipment can anticlogging, descaling and corrosion inhibition effectively, extend the equipment's life, and has the advantage of strong dependability, saving on water, lower consuming and low running charge. |
