中西药联合治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎临床体会

目的:探讨血必净注射液结合西医常规疗法治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎的近期临床疗效。方法:将46例老年重症社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各23例),两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液静脉滴注,50ml,2次/d,疗程7天。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.3%,对照组为78.3%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后体温(T)、白细胞计数(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)、氧分压(PO2)均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液结合西医常规疗法治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎,疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。

Combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of senile severe community acquired pneumonia clinical experience

Objective To explore the effects of Xuebijing injection combined with conventional western medicine therapy in the treatment of aged patients with severe community acquired pneumonia clinical effect in the near future. Methods 46 elderly patients with severe eommuni- ty-acquired pneumonia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （23 cases each ）, two groups were given routine treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group in the conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with Xuebijing injection in- travenous drip, 50ml, 2 / D, course of treatment is 7 days. Results the total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.3%, 78.3% in control group, two groups of the total efficiency had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）; two groups after the treatment temperature （ T ）, white blood eel count（WBC ）, proealeitonin （ PCT ）, partial pressure of oxygen （ PO2 ） were improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the treatment group is better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with conventional western medicine therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia, obvious curative effect, and no obvious adverse reaction.
