咽舒宁复方水提液醇沉精制工艺优选研究

摘    要:目的优选咽舒宁复方水提液的醇沉精制工艺。方法以表告依春和哈巴俄苷转移率、除杂率为指标,用正交试验法,优选醇沉精制工艺条件,并采用最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度比较咽舒宁复方水提液醇沉精制前后的抑菌药效。结果最优醇沉工艺条件为咽舒宁复方水提液含生药量浓度1.5g/ml、乙醇浓度60%、醇沉时间6h;咽舒宁复方水提液醇沉精制前后的抑菌效果无明显差别。结论优选的醇沉精制工艺合理、可行,能保持咽舒宁复方水提液的抑菌药效。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the conditions of the ethanol precipitation refining technology for the Yanshuning compound water extract.Methods Orthogonal test method was used to optimize the conditions of the ethanol precipitation refining technology,according to indexes of the transfer rates of epigoitrin and harpagoside and the removal ratio of impurity.The vitro antibacterial activity was compared between the Yanshuning compound water extract and the ethanol precipitation refined fluid with the MIC and MBC.Results The optimal conditions of the ethanol precipitation refining technology for the Yanshuning compound water extract were as follows:the ratio between medicinal materials and water was 1.5 to 1,the percentage of ethanol was 60%,and the time of ethanol precipitation was six hours.There were no significant differences in antibacterial effect between the Yanshuning compound water extract and the refined fluid.Conclusion The optimized conditions of the ethanol precipitation refining technology are reasonable and feasible.The antibacterial effect of the Yanshuning compound water extract can be kept.
