摘    要:翻袋式离心机因密闭作业、完全卸料等优点近年来得到广泛关注。为进一步提高该离心机的分离效率,实现设备轻量化、高效化,对离心机的关键部件转鼓进行了设计优化。设计转鼓结构,获得初始壁厚和开孔值,以此作为优化参数,以降低质量、提高过滤面积为目标,建立多目标数学优化模型;在保证强度和刚度条件下,通过不同参数选取和优化来获得最优值。数值分析结果表明,优化设计使转鼓质量降低了13.25%,过滤面积提高了56.28%,有效改善了设备分离效率。

Abstract:The invertible filter centrifuge attracts extensive attention in recent years due to its advantages such as closed operation and complete unloading.To further improve its separation efficiency and make the equipment lighter and higher efficient,the drum design in the centrifuge should be optimized.Then,its structure is designed to obtain the initial wall thickness and opening value which are used as the optimization parameters used to establish a multi-objective mathematical optimization model,reduce the mass and increase the filtration area.Under the condition of ensuring the strength and stiffness,the optimal parameters are obtained by selecting different parameters.The data analysis results show that the drum mass is reduced by 13.25%,the area of filtration is increased by 56.28%,thus improving the separation efficiency of the equipment effectively.
