新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控背景下的医学教育思考

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控背景下的医学教育已被推到风口浪尖,医学教育已超出维护健康和疾病诊疗范畴,与国家安全、社会稳定越来越紧密地联系在一起。疫情防控中暴露了诸多与医学教育密切相关的关键问题,如临床医学等本科专业的课程体系中,公共卫生学、预防医学等相关课程学时数设置严重不足;公共卫生防疫、全科医学、重症医学及“西学中”人才短缺;中医药在疫情防控中的重要作用认识不足,早期介入不及时等。新形势下,医学教育必须认真审视和深刻反思疫情带来的启示和教训,加大公共卫生与防疫医学等相关人才培养力度,坚定中医药文化自信、疗效自信,重新认识现代医学背景下中医防治危急重症的重要作用,培养满足国家战略及地域需求的中医药合格人才。

Reflections on Medical Education in the Context of Prevention and Control of COVID-19

Medical education under the context of the prevention and control of the outbreak of the COVID-19 has been pushed to the forefront.Medical education has gone beyond the scope of maintaining health and disease diagnosis and treatment,and is increasingly linked to national security and social stability.In epidemic prevention and control,many key problems closely related to medical education have been exposed.For example,in the curriculum system of clinical medicine and other undergraduate specialties,public health,preventive medicine and other related courses are seriously inadequate.Shortage of talents in public health epidemic prevention,general practice,critical care medicine and“western learning”.The important role of TCM in epidemic prevention and control is not well understood and not timely.Medical education under the new situation,must be carefully and profound reflection outbreak,enlightenment and lessons,and increase the strength of medical personnel training related to public health and epidemic prevention,strong cultural confidence and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,to modern medicine under the background of TCM for emergency and severe cases in the prevention and treatment of important role in cultivating meet national strategy and regional demand for qualified personnel of traditional Chinese medicine.
