穴位按摩联合中医五行音乐在围产期孕产妇中应用研究

目的探讨穴位按摩联合中医五行音乐在围产期孕产妇中应用研究。方法62例围产期孕产妇患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例,对照组患者进行常规的综合护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行穴位按摩联合中医五行音乐干预。比较2组干预前、干预4周后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果干预前2组患者SAS、SDS评分比较(P>0.05)。干预后2组患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于本组干预前,且观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前2组患者睡眠质量比较(P>0.05)。干预后观察组患者睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠药物评分均明显低于本组干预前,且明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合中医五行音乐有效改善围产期孕产妇患者焦虑抑郁情绪和睡眠质量。

Research on the Application of Acupoint Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Five Phases Music in Perinatal Maternal

Objective To investigate the application of acupoint massage combined with TCM five phases music in perinatal maternal.Methods Sixty-two perinatal pregnant and parturient patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received routine comprehensive nursing intervention, and the observation group received acupoint massage combined with TCM five-element music intervention on the basis of the control group. Before and 4 weeks after intervention, SAS, SDS and PSQI scores were compared between the two groups. Results Comparison of SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Comparison of sleep quality between the two groups before intervention had no difference(P>0.05). After the intervention, the patients in the observation group had significantly lower sleep quality, sleep disorder, sleep efficiency, sleep time,sleep time, and sleep drug score than those in the control group before the intervention, and significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with TCM five phases music can effectively improve the anxiety, depression and sleep quality of perinatal pregnant and parturient women.
