高压供水及矿井水井下综合利用技术应用研究

摘    要:本着“水不出井、就地治理、重复利用”的原则,结合2-1081巷矿井水的涌水情况与井下供水管路并网的思想,来解决2-1081巷矿井水就地综合利用问题。介绍了高压供水及矿井水井下综合利用在干河煤矿的研究、设计、应用情况。从5个方面对管路、闸阀及配套法兰的性能指标进行了研究,新增1套高承压管路系统,改变原管路的性能指标,解决原供水系统复杂、成本高且不易维护的问题。高压供水及矿井水井下的综合利用,既满足了《煤矿安全规程》规定的采煤机和掘进机外喷雾压力的要求,同时减少了对采掘工作面加压泵装置的维护、检修、电费、配件以及人工费用的投入。从根本上解决了矿井水排至地面出现的环境问题,维持地下水的良性循环,改善了矿井生态环境。

Abstract:Based on the principle of "no water coming out of the well,local treatment and reuse",combined with the inrush of the mine water in 2-1081 roadway,and the idea of grid connection with the underground water supply pipeline,so as to solve the problem of comprehensive utilization of mine water in 2-1081 roadway.The research,design and application of high-pressure water supply and comprehensive utilization of underground water in Ganhe Coal Mine were introduced.In addition,the performance indicators of pipelines,gate valves and supporting flanges were studied from five aspects.A new high-pressure pipeline system was added to change the original pipeline performance indicators to solve the problem of complex,high cost and difficult maintenance of the original water supply system.The high-pressure water supply and the comprehensive utilization of the mine water both meet the requirements of the spray pressure outside the shearer and the roadheader stipulated in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations",while reducing the maintenance,overhaul,electricity costs,accessories and labor of the pressure pump device on the mining face cost of input.It fundamentally solves the environmental problems that arise from the discharge of mine water to the ground,maintains a virtuous cycle of groundwater,and improves the ecological environment of the mine.
