亚临界醋酸/甲酸协同降解回收废旧碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料

摘    要:以亚临界醋酸作为溶胀介质,辅以其他种类有机溶剂协同降解回收废旧碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料。甲酸、丙酮、异丙醇可显著增强亚临界醋酸对环氧树脂的降解效果。研究了亚临界醋酸/甲酸混合介质对环氧树脂的协同降解特性,分析了处理温度、保温时间、甲酸添加量和固液比对环氧树脂降解率的影响。采用GC-MS、SEM-EDX以及单丝拉伸测试等测试手段分析了环氧树脂在亚临界醋酸/甲酸环境下的有机降解产物和回收碳纤维微观形貌特征与力学性能。最佳处理条件为260℃、40 mL乙酸、10 mL甲酸、保温60 min、固液比1∶50、压强7 MPa时,环氧树脂的降解率达到97.04%,回收碳纤维材料表面洁净,分散性好,回收碳纤维抗拉强度保持率为80%。

Abstract:Subcritical acetic acid was used as the swelling medium and other organic solvents were used to synergistically degrade and recycle waste carbon fiber/epoxy resin(CF/EP) composites.The degradation effect of subcritical acetic acid on epoxy resin can be significant improved by formic acid,acetone and isopropanol.The degradation characteristics of epoxy resin in subcritical acetic acid/formic acid mixture medium were investigated.And the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,addition of formic acid and solid-liquid ratio on the resin degradation rate were analyzed.The mechanical properties and microstructures of carbon fibers recycled were analyzed by single filament tensile tests and SEM-EDX.And the organic degradation product of epoxy resin using subcritical acetic acid/formic acid were analyzed by GC-MS.The degradation rate of epoxy resin was 97.04% by controlling the temperature,acetate acid and formic acid adding amount,holding time,solid-to-liquid ratio and pressure were 260 ℃,40 mL,10 mL,60 min,1∶50 and 7 MPa.The recycled carbon fiber had clean surface and good dispersion and the tensile strength of the carbon fiber reached a retention rate that was about 80%.
