基于STM8L的套筒补偿器泄漏报警装置设计

摘    要:针对套筒补偿器在运行过程中泄漏的问题,设计了一种基于STM8L的无线监测报警装置。该装置由超低功耗STM8L单片机、GSM模块和电极式液位传感器组成。液位电极用于检测是否发生泄漏; STM8L单片机为系统主控制器,检测到泄漏信号后会通过UART总线向GSM模块发送AT指令,控制GSM模块发送报警报文。试验结果表明:该装置功耗低、续航时间长,具有泄漏检测与泄漏报警的功能,可满足套筒补偿器泄漏监测的要求。

Abstract:In view of the leakage of sleeve compensator in the process of operation,a wireless monitoring and alarm device based on STM8L was designed.The device consists of ultra-low power STM8L single chip microcomputer,GSM module and electrode type liquid level sensor.The liquid level electrode was used to detect whether there was leakage;the STM8L single-chip microcomputer was the main controller of the system.After detecting the leakage signal,it will send at command to GSM module through UART bus,and control GSM module to send alarm message.The test results showed that the device has the features of low power consumption,long endurance,leakage detection and alarm,and can meet requirements of leakage monitoring of sleeve compensator.
