安神定志丸联合甘麦大枣汤治疗心脏神经官能症临床观察

目的探讨安神定志丸联合甘麦大枣汤治疗心脏神经官能症的临床疗效。方法选取收治的心脏神经官能症患者76例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各38例。其中对照组予以常规西药治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上安神定志丸联合甘麦大枣汤口服,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组患者临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及中医证候积分改善情况。结果治疗组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分降低幅度较对照组更显著(P<0.05);治疗组患者中医证候积分降低幅度较对照组更显著(P<0.05);治疗组患者临床总有效率为92.11%,显著优于对照组患者的73.68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安神定志丸联合甘麦大枣汤可有效缓解甚或消除心脏神经官能症患者临床症状,调节焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Anshen Dingzhi Pill Combined with Ganmai Dazao Decoction in the Treatment of Cardiac Neurosis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Anshen Dingzhi pill combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction in the treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods 76 patients with cardiac neurosis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with Anshen Dingzhi pill combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, improvement of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups. Results The HAMD score and HAMA score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 92.11 %, which was significantly better than that of the control group(73.68%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Anshen Dingzhi pill combined with Ganmai Dazao decoction can relieve or even eliminate clinical symptoms and regulate unhealthy emotions such as anxiety and depression, which is worthy of clinical application.
