细胞增殖和凋亡在卵巢癌发病中的作用

目的 :为阐明细胞增殖和凋亡在卵巢癌发病中的作用提供依据 ,选用卵巢肿瘤组织标本进行不同病变中细胞增殖和凋亡分析研究。方法 :用免疫组化 ABC方法对 47例卵巢肿瘤包括良性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤和卵巢癌组织中的细胞增殖抗原(PCNA)和凋亡基因 bcl-2进行了检测 ,并用形态学方法进行凋亡细胞分析。结果 :PCNA增殖指数随着病变加重而增高 ,且相互病变之间这些标志物的变化经方差分析有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5) ,凋亡指数在良性肿瘤和交界性肿瘤均显著高于正常组织和卵巢癌组织。结论 :细胞增殖指数与卵巢组织病变相一致 ,细胞增殖是卵巢癌发生发展的一个重要因素。细胞凋亡在癌变中作用需进一步研究

Cell proliferation and apoptosis in ovarian tumors

Objective:Cell proliferation a nd apoptosis in ovarian tumors specimens were assessed to determine cell proliferation and apoptosis in ovarian tumors develop ment Methods:Specimens from 47 ovarian tumors including benign, malignant and border line ovarian tumors were stained by immunohistochemical ABC method for proliferation cell antigen (PCNA) and bcl-2 expression Apoptotic cell were ev aluated on H&E stained slides by morphological features Results:PCNA proliferation index increased with ovarian ca rcinogenesis Apoptotic index increased in benign and border line tumor tissues than that in malignant tissue Conclusion:Cell proliferation were correlated with ovarian histopathological grade, cell proliferation is an important factor in ovarian tumors development Apoptotic index role in ovarian tumors needs further study
