| Abstract: | Constructing the market economy system as latitude , Chinese modern prison system, which is modernity reconsidering and reconstruction. It must in some certain endogene and the extraneous source power and under the power mechanism, taking inherits with the transplant as the way, taking the evolution as its pattern. Similarly,the modernity does not repel the Chinese characteristic. The Chinese modern prison system will be the attribute and reveal the modern civilization, the government is by law,fair and the authority of prison system. |
