| 摘 要： | 在研究ArcGIS Server的体系架构和内部运行机制的基础上，结合土地利用现状调查的实际情况，基于．NET框架和ArcGISServer设计了客户端／服务器与浏览器／服务器混合模式的县级土地利用现状信息系统，采用ASPNET2．0技术进行开发，并利用ASP．NETAJAx组件增强用户的交互操作，配置ArcSDE＋MSSQLServer作为空间数据库服务器。整合相应土地利用的电子政务，具有较强的交互性和可操作性，其应用有效地提高了土地管理部门相关土地利用业务管理的工作效率。
