摘    要:阳煤二矿桑掌乏风瓦斯氧化发电工程引进国际先进的蓄热高温氧化技术将超低浓度瓦斯氧化处理,通过氧化余热回收用于供热和发电,冬季替代桑掌风井燃煤热风炉,实现清洁供暖。项目工程设计结合国家现有的设计规范、规程及相关专利技术,对乏风瓦斯氧化发电总体工艺流程、乏风瓦斯掺混系统及主要设备选型进行了优化设计。工程从2019年6月4日并网试运行,乏风瓦斯甲烷摧毁效率达到99.92%,乏风利用率达到40%,低浓度抽采瓦斯100%利用,实现了抽采瓦斯零排放。第三方检测机构对系统运行的各项环保排放指标进行了测试,结果显示项目氮、硫、尘近零排放。

Abstract:Sangzhang Ventilation Air Methane Oxidation Power Generation Project in No.2 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Group introduces international advanced regenerative oxidation technology to utilize the ultra-low concentration coal mine methane. The methane oxidation heat is recycled for power and heat generation by replacing the coal-fired blast air heater of Sangzhang Shaft in the winter. The engineering design complies with the relevant standards, regulations and patented technology. The general process design, VAM mixing system and main equipment selection is optimized and implemented. The Project was put into trail operation on 4th June 2019. The VAM utilization rate is 40%. The low concentration coal mine methane is 100% utilized and thus achieve zero emission of the drainage methane. The third-party inspection entity completed the environmental pollutant test and the results show that the pollutants including SOx, NOx and dust are all close to zero emission.
