抑烟阻燃非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺分别为酸源、碳源、气源制备抑烟阻燃剂,并用其制备抑烟阻燃非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料,通过测定极限氧指数、初始产烟时间和烟密度等级研究了改性防水涂料的阻燃抑烟性能,并对涂料的自身性能进行了探究。结果表明,抑烟剂添加量为15%时,非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的抑烟阻燃性能较好,且综合性能符合标准要求。

Abstract:Smoke suppressant and flame retardant is prepared with ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythrite and trimeric cyanamide as acid, carbon and gas sources respectively. And a smoke suppressant and flame retardant non-cured rubberized bitumen waterproofing coating is prepared with the material mentioned above. Smoke suppressant and flame retardant property of the modified waterproofing coating is studied by determining its limiting oxygen index, initial smoke production time and smoke density. In addition, the coating itself is studied as well. The result shows when adding 15% of smoke suppressant and flame retardant, the coating has better performance and up to standard.
