摘    要:参考最新的行业推荐做法和船级社规范,对“南海挑战”号系泊系统延寿强度评估中的一些做法进行介绍,并进行强度性能评估,包括平台的位移响应和系泊系统的张力载荷,结果表明:系泊系统现有部分锚腿张力不能满足规范校核要求,平台位移在某些方向上超过限制要求。针对系泊系统现状提出几点改进建议。此次评估获得的经验对其他类似系泊系统延长寿命项目具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:According to the latest industry recommended practices and rules of classification society, the strength of the mooring system life extension in FPS Nanhai Tiaozhan is evaluated, including the displacement response of the platform and the tension load of the mooring system. The analysis result shows that the tension of some anchor legs of the mooring system can not meet the requirements of the ABS rules, and the displacement of the platform exceeds the design limit in some directions. Some suggestions for improving the current status of mooring systems are put forward, and some experiences gotten from this project may be helpful for the life extension of other similar mooring systems.
