摘    要:蒙泰不连沟煤业F6209工作面由于地表裂隙导通工作面,存在地表向采空区持续漏风的问题,工作面在末采回撤期间,由于设备及工艺影响,推采缓慢,导致采空区遗煤大面积氧化,采空区CO和瓦斯浓度持续升高,严重影响工作面的设备回撤及安全封闭,在矿上采用采空区注氮、喷洒阻化剂等常规防灭火方法效果不理想的情况下,加之地表回填工程量大、周期长,治理方法为首先通过漏风及遗煤分布判断采空区发火范围,再在划定区域打设检测钻孔分析,之后通过相邻工作面巷道向采空区打设深部钻孔,通过钻孔向火区大量注入普瑞特防灭火材料覆盖遗煤区域,对氧化遗煤进行隔氧冷却。最终,工作面气体及采空区遗煤氧化得到很好控制,设备全部安全回撤。

Abstract:There was a problem of continuous air leakage from the surface to the goaf in F6209 working face in Mengtai Buliangou Coal Mine due to the surface cracking.During the last mining withdrawal period of the working face,due to the influence of equipment and technology,the mining process was slow,resulting in a large area of oxidation of the remaining coal and continuous increase of CO concentration in the goaf,which seriously affected the equipment withdrawal and safety sealing of the working face.In the case that the effect of conventional fire-fighting methods such as injecting nitrogen into the goaf and spraying chemical inhibitor were not ideal,in addition to the large amount and long period of surface backfilling work,the treatment method was to first judge the fire area of the goaf through the air leakage and the distribution of the residual coal,then set up the detection borehole in the designated area,and then set up the deep borehole to the goaf through the adjacent working face roadway,and inject a large amount of Puruite fire-preventing materials into the fire area through the borehole to cover the residual coal area,and carry out the oxygen insulation cooling of the oxidized residual coal.Finally,the residual coal oxidation in the goaf and the gas in the working face were well controlled,and all the equipment was safely withdrawn.
