复合材料裂纹板的实体单元lamb波分析

摘    要:针对复合材料的壳模型没有考虑板沿厚度方向上的应力问题,选用实体模型,调用VUMAT子程序,选用Hashin 3D失效判据对复合材料微小裂纹板中的lamb波进行仿真,与无损伤板的lamb波仿真结果进行对比。分析表明:此模型及子程序对经过微小裂纹的lamb波有较好的识别作用,为lamb波在复合材料微小裂纹板中的研究提供了新的参考。

Abstract:In view of the fact that the composite shell model does not consider the stress along the thickness direction of plate, solid model called VUMAT subroutine is chosen, the lamb wave plate is simulated with 3D Hashin failure criterion, the simulation results are compared with no damage plate. The results of the analysis show that the model and the subprogram had good recognition effect for tiny crack plate, which provides a new reference for research of lamb wave of tiny crank composite plate.
